In order to best serve you, it is possible that you may have contact with more than one attorney.  On many cases, each lawyer may confer with another in order to develop fully all areas of pertinent legal concern.

Our fee structure depends on the nature and complexity of the legal work performed.  In general, there may be either a flat fee, hourly rate or contingent fee premised upon the amount of money recovered in a given action.  The attorney will explain fully the fee structure and costs so that you will know at the outset your approximate expenses, for legal services.
